Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7e7777 reserves the right to close the duplicate account(s), void any associated bets or winnings and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a mobile telephone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. All activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

We reserve the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where our risk or compliance teams identify a requirement to verify identity. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the payment processing conditions set out in this section and any supplementary conditions communicated at the cashier.

Deposits: Funds may only be deposited using payment methods that are available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must originate from an account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per method and are displayed in the cashier. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified window will result in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering strategies designed to achieve a risk-free outcome, or coordination with other users — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

• Maximum Bet from Bonus: When playing with bonus funds, a maximum single-bet stake restriction may apply, as specified per promotion. Bets exceeding the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated per promotion unless fully met. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Account balance. Any bet for which a confirmation is not received should be treated as unplaced.
• Palpable Errors: 7e7777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that result from a manifest error — such as a typographical error in odds, a system fault or a feed-data error — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Account.
• Abandoned / Void Events: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed in accordance with the applicable rules for that sport, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) markets update continuously during an event. 7e7777 accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that differs from the current live state of play due to data transmission delays. A delay between real-world events and odds updates may exist.
• Cricket Markets: For Pakistan cricket fixtures — including bilateral series, PSL matches and ICC tournaments — specific rules regarding Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, super-overs and minimum-overs requirements apply. These are set out in the cricket-specific terms within the sportsbook.
• Maximum Winnings: A per-event maximum payout cap may apply. This cap is communicated at the cashier or within the sportsbook prior to bet placement.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another individual.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any third-party software to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted under these Terms.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting or any strategy designed to exploit bonus conditions to guarantee a profit.

• Conducting transactions that are, or appear to be, related to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.

• Engaging in collusion with other users in casino poker games or any other multi-player competitive format.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and game interfaces — is the property of 7e7777 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from 7e7777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7e7777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure or the cost of substitute services.

7e7777's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
